Why do people hate rachel ray

December 19th, , pm. Many of the hilarious entries there are members-only due to spambots roaming free across the plains Interwebs; feel free to join the group so you can see everything that makes the Board great!

The members of RRSux decided that there's so much mediocrity in the world that we wanted to expand our focus to snicker at all of it. Rachael Ray is still a primary--and daily--target, but no stupidity is safe at our current home. We're friendly to everyone, as long as you're open-minded and have multiple brain cells. But over the years, Ray has clearly become so much more. Today, Ray has her own talk show. Ray has also gone on to develop her own home furnishing brand and pet food business.

Underneath all this wealth, fame and success, however, are some shady things about Ray that many have chosen to ignore. Check our list to find out:. And so, you might be surprised to learn that Ray managed to get herself kicked out of the Girl Scouts. That was it for me! After graduating from high school in , Ray went on to pursue a degree in literature and communications at Pace University in New York. However, Ray eventually decided to quit after two years.

Sure, we all have our fair share of family drama. This is pretty much what happened to Ray following the death of her aunt, Geraldine Scuderi, in Ray has always been vocal about prioritizing her career over her marriage to musician and lawyer John Cusimano.

And John is totally down with that. Ray is not a professional chef. However, it is also clearly evident that Ray is a big lover of all things food. And so, if you are going to listen to her advice on cooking, it may be best to take it with a grain of salt. In fact, she is terrible at baking.

In the past, Ray has professed that her husband may, indeed, be a better cook than her. Call me old-fashioned, but I'm a pen-and-paper person. To me, no one, not even a Martian or a fish, should go anywhere without pens and a notebook, because I never would. Every recipe and all my notes for every story in RR50 started in a notebook.

My work is in them — my ideas, my inspiration. It all starts there. I love my lists because they allow me to organize and daydream about the next meal to be shared.

I get to light up someone's eyes with a dish I've made. And thanks to my lists, I can always make it again, and even better. Ray is a genius when it comes to cooking, and geniuses often have really weird ways of doing things.

Ray is referring to the sheer volume of print crammed chaotically onto one sheet of paper. In addition to groceries, the lists include notes about how to choose the items and plans for meals.
