Completely Awful! This place is unprofessional and ridiculous. Just plain ridiculous. They do NOT provide a background check, they ask the applicants for sensitive information such as Credit card number and tax forms Nobody is privy to this information that is not financing a line of credit for you. Please do not provide them any i Absolutely horrible.

They do not do background checks well at all. All they do is demand that you find paystubs constantly. They don't even ping you updates in timely manners so you'll constantly be blindsided by their updates. You do your own background check and wil Completely lacking in customer service. This company has no customer service whatsoever.

I am driven to the extreme of an online complaint because for the past 3 months since our person who contacted Hireright passed suddenly, repeated emails and phone calls have netted me nothing. Incompetent and Immoral. They haven't completed my criminal background check since mid-March. After 5 months incompetence their unreasonable excuses, my hiring company decided to go for another vendor to do the work HireRIght never comp I almost lost a new job opportunity because of Hire Right.
