Fired event rowdeleting which wasnt handled c

Hello, I have a datagrid that displays the employees table in Northwind. I have a button that inserts a new employee record in the northwind db using LINQ. The datagrid is configured to edit and delete records this works fine.

I notice after I insert a new employee, I will receive a The GridView 'GridView1' fired event RowEditing which wasn't handled error message whenver I attempt to edit or delete any record.
